Huzur (aba) mentioned some of the major purposes of the Jalsa, Do not be impressed merely by the melodious voice and powerful language of the speakers, We should be filled with the feelings of love for our brethren, If this does not happen then we are not fulfilling the purpose of the Jalsa, There should be no shops open during the Jalsa Proceedings.

Recitation of verse 77 of Surah Al Imran, verse 92 of Surah Al Nahl, verse 11 of Surah Al Fath, verse 28 of Surah Al Baqarah, verse 26 of Surah Al Rad, establish ties with relatives neighbours and friends, one who does not honour a pledge has no faith.

Fundamental rule of establishing a harmonious society, person who is more interested in accomplishments to display to others is certainly wasting away his good deeds, Who are these people towards whom one should observe an attitude of kindness and benevolence?, First and foremost are the rights towards orphans, responsibilities towards the poor and the needy, golden Islamic teachings lead towards the development of a harmonious and peace-loving community, Holy Prophet (S.A.W.) says that one who breaks ties with his relatives shall not enter Paradise, always love the poor and the weak, Always fulfill the rights and obligations of your relatives, Justice (adl), Kindness (ihsan) and Kinship (ita’i dhil-qurba), if you want kindness from Allah you must be kind to others.
