This gathering embodies many divine benefits. It is,
therefore, essential for those who can afford to undertake the
journey, to
participate in
this gathering. They should bring with them their winter-bedding
as would be necessary.
They should not care the minor losses suffered in the cause
of Allah and His holy Prophet. Allah blesses His sincere devotees at
every step,
and every hardship borne in this cause never goes unrewarded.
This gathering
(jalsa) may not be termed as an oridnary gathering. This is an affair
solely based on divine support and uphold of Islamic
creed.
The foundation of this gathering has been laid by God Almighty's
own hand and nations have been prepared for it who shall in the near
future
join in because this is the deed of the Almighty to whom nothing
is impossible.
To conclude I pray for all those, who undertake the journey
for this divine gathering, that Allah may be with them and
bestow his mercy
and grace upon them to remove their hardships and enable
those to overcome their state of anxiety with ease & remove all
their worries and grieves, and free them from all difficulties and
open ways for the fulfillment
of their desires and raise them on the day of resurrection
with those on whom is His grace and mercy and be guardian of
their
kith and
kin till the end of their journey.
'O Almighty, most Gracious and
Merciful God.!
Accept all these prayers and grant us victory over our
enemies with powerful signs, because only you have all power
and might.
(Ishtihar
Dec. 7,1892)
The main avocation in this gathering would be the exposition
of such knowledge and truth that would be essential to promote faith
and wisdom
and with special concentration it shall be prayed to the Most Merciful
that these friends may be drawn towards Him, accepted by Him and
granted pure internal change.
(Roohani Khazain Vol:4 P:352)
You should listen with most attention and concentration, because
this is an affair concerning your faith. Negligence, indifference if
shown
in this matter would bring forth adverse effects. Those who show
indifference and apathy in matters concerning faith, whenever something
is said to
them, never pay attention to it. However effective, beneficial eloquent
may be the speech it would have no effect on such people. These are
the people for whom it is said that they possess ears, but they don't
hear,
and they possess a heart but don't understand. It is, therefore,
essential that you should listen carefully to what is said. Any person
who does
not listen carefully, however long he may enjoy the company of a
beneficial person he would never benefit from him.
