The Holy Quran : Chapter 74: Al-Muddaththir
المدَّثِّر

[74:1]
بِسْمِ اللهِ الرَّحْمـٰنِ الرَّحِيمِ
[74:1]
بِسۡمِ ٱللهِ ٱلرَّحۡمَـٰنِ ٱلرَّحِيمِ
[74:1] In the name of Allah, the Gracious, the Merciful.
[74:1] اللہ کے نام کے ساتھ جو بے انتہا رحم کرنے والا، بِن مانگے دینے والا (اور) بار بار رحم کرنے والا ہے۔
[74:2]
يٰۤاَيُّهَا الْمُدَّثِّرُۙ
[74:2]
يَـٰٓأَيُّہَا ٱلۡمُدَّثِّرُ
[74:2] O thou that has wrapped thyself with thy mantle !
[74:2] اے کپڑا اوڑھنے والے!
[74:3]
قُمْ فَاَنْذِرْۙ
[74:3]
قُمۡ فَأَنذِرۡ
[74:3] Arise and warn.
[74:3] اُٹھ کھڑا ہو اور انتباہ کر۔
[74:4]
وَرَبَّكَ فَكَبِّرْۙ
[74:4]
وَرَبَّكَ فَكَبِّرۡ
[74:4] And thy Lord do thou magnify.
[74:4] اور اپنے ربّ ہی کی بڑائی بیان کر۔
[74:5]
وَثِيَابَكَ فَطَهِّرْۙ
[74:5]
وَثِيَابَكَ فَطَهِّرۡ
[74:5] And thy heart do thou purify,
[74:5] اور جہاں تک تیرے کپڑوں (یعنی قریبی ساتھیوں) کا تعلق ہے تُو (انہیں) بہت پاک کر۔
[74:6]
وَالرُّجْزَ فَاهْجُرْۙ
[74:6]
وَٱلرُّجۡزَ فَٱهۡجُرۡ
[74:6] And uncleanliness do thou shun,
[74:6] اور جہاں تک ناپاکی کا تعلق ہے تو اس سے کلیّۃً الگ رہ۔
[74:7]
وَلَا تَمْنُنْ تَسْتَكْثِرُۙ
[74:7]
وَلَا تَمۡنُن تَسۡتَكۡثِرُ
[74:7] And bestow not favours seeking to get more in return ,
[74:7] اور زیادہ لینے کی خاطر احسان نہ کیا کر۔
[74:8]
وَ لِرَبِّكَ فَاصْبِرْؕ
[74:8]
وَلِرَبِّكَ فَٱصۡبِرۡ
[74:8] And for the sake of thy Lord do thou endure patiently.
[74:8] اور اپنے ربّ ہی کی خاطر صبر کر۔
[74:9]
فَاِذَا نُقِرَ فِىْ النَّاقُوْرِۙ
[74:9]
فَإِذَا نُقِرَ فِى ٱلنَّاقُورِ
[74:9] And when the trumpet is sounded,
[74:9] پس جب ناقورمیں پُھونکا جائے گا۔
[74:10]
فَذٰلِكَ يَوْمَٮِٕذٍ يَّوْمٌ عَسِيْرٌۙ
[74:10]
فَذَٲلِكَ يَوۡمَٮِٕذٍ۬ يَوۡمٌ عَسِيرٌ
[74:10] That day will be a distressful day.
[74:10] تو وہی وہ دن ہوگا جو بہت سخت دن ہوگا۔
