The Holy Quran 23:72 – Al-Mu'minun (الْمُؤْمِنُوْنَ)

وَلَوِ اتَّبَعَ الۡحَقُّ اَہۡوَآءَہُمۡ لَفَسَدَتِ السَّمٰوٰتُ وَالۡاَرۡضُ وَمَنۡ فِیۡہِنَّ ؕ بَلۡ اَتَیۡنٰہُمۡ بِذِکۡرِہِمۡ فَہُمۡ عَنۡ ذِکۡرِہِمۡ مُّعۡرِضُوۡنَ ﴿ؕ۷۲﴾

English translation by Maulawi Sher Ali

And if the Truth had followed their desires, verily, the heavens and the earth and whosoever is therein would have been corrupted. Nay, We have brought them their admonition, but from their own admonition they now turn aside.

اُردو ترجمہ حضرت مرزا طاہر احمدؒ

اور اگر حق ان کی خواہشات کی پیروی کرتا تو ضرور سب آسمان اور زمین بگڑ جاتے اور وہ بھی جو اُن میں ہے۔ حقیقت یہ ہے کہ ہم انہی کا ذکر ان کے پاس لائے ہیں اور وہ اپنے ہی ذکر سے منہ پھیر رہے ہیں۔
