The Holy Quran 39:27 – Az-Zumar (الزُّمَرِ)

فَاَذَاقَہُمُ اللّٰہُ الۡخِزۡیَ فِی الۡحَیٰوۃِ الدُّنۡیَا ۚ وَلَعَذَابُ الۡاٰخِرَۃِ اَکۡبَرُ ۘ لَوۡ کَانُوۡا یَعۡلَمُوۡنَ ﴿۲۷﴾

English translation by Maulawi Sher Ali

So Allah made them taste humiliation in the present life and the punishment of the Hereafter will certainly be greater, if they but knew!

پس اللہ نے انہیں اس دنیا کی زندگی میں بھی ذلت کا مزہ چکھایا جبکہ آخرت کا عذاب بہت بڑھ کر ہے۔ کاش وہ جانتے۔
