The Holy Quran 73:7 – Al-Muzzammil (الْمُزَّمِّلِ)

اِنَّ نَاشِئَۃَ الَّیۡلِ ہِیَ اَشَدُّ وَطۡاً وَّاَقۡوَمُ قِیۡلًا ؕ﴿۷﴾

English translation by Maulawi Sher Ali

Verily, getting up at night is the most potent means of subduing the self and most effective in respect of words of prayer.

رات کا اُٹھنا یقیناً (نفس کو) پاؤں تلے کچلنے کے لئے زیادہ شدید اور قول کے لحاظ سے زیادہ مضبوط ہے۔
